Labatt Scramble Winners

A sizziling 63 on Sunday coupled with an eight under 64 on Saturday was enough to give Art Fournier and Rene Chamberlain a one shot victory over Marc Andre Godin and Michel Doucet. Godin and Doucet led after day one with a very impressive 11 under 61 but were unable to hold off the winners who played very solidly for two days. A large field of 140 teams enjoyed perfect weather for both days of the event. The Labatt Scramble is one of the top golf events in the province as witnessed by the high number of teams visiting from outside.
